Dr Daxesh has special interest in treating tobacco induced cancers involving cheek, tongue, upper and lower jaw. He has special interest in treating laryngeal cancers (voice box) through minimally invasive endoscopic laser which preserves the ability to speak and swallow. He is also a trained Robotic Head & Neck surgeon from Seoul-South Korea.
He is very much keen on rehabilitating patient after cancer ablative surgery through plastic & reconstructive surgery and speech and swallowing therapy and voice restoration after laryngectomy.
He has published many clinical and basic science research papers in international peer reviewed journals. He has won many awards including Gold Medal at National level forum on Head & Neck Cancer. He has been invited as speaker and as panelist in various conferences. He is also key member in Foundation for Head & Neck Oncology-India.
